Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or not as described upon delivery.
The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and parts.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or special-order machinery made to client specifications.
Products that have been used, installed, or altered.
Spare parts or consumables unless faulty upon arrival.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a credit note, based on the agreement.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production or shipping has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
